Nov. 9, 2006
The free MACHINE DESIGN CAD Library includes millions of configurable 2D and 3D CAD models of components and assemblies down-loadable for easy use in new and existing designs.

The free MACHINE DESIGN CAD Library at cadmodels.machinedesign.comincludes millions of configurable 2D and 3D CAD models of components and assemblies down-loadable for easy use in new and existing designs.

The library comes as a result of a new strategic partnership between MACHINE DESIGN and PARTsolutions LLC, a leading provider of 2D/3D digital parts catalogs. Proprietary software lets PARTsolutions store CAD models in one neutral format, but download them on demand in native formats for CAD systems that include those from Cadkey, Catia, I-Deas, Mastercam, Microstation, Parasolid, Pro E, Robcad, SolidDesigner, SolidEdge, Unigraphics, and others.
