Low-emissions outdoor power-equipment

New outdoor power equipment from Stihl, Virginia Beach, Va. (www.stihlusa.com), uses the company's next-generation, low-emission engine. The 4-Mix engine meets EPA Phase-Two emission standards taking effect in 2005, as well as current regulations from the California Air Resources Board. Stihl manufactures lawn care and industrial products, as well as chain saws. The company says its Virginia Beach plant is the first and only low-emissions outdoor power-equipment manufacturing line of its kind in the U.S.
