The Litematic VL-50A is for the high-precision measurement of soft materials, such as plastic, rubber, film, contact lenses, springs, and thin metallic parts, where measure force can deflect the material, causing errors.
The system uses a superlow measuring force of 0.01N(1gf). The VL-50A offers measurement accuracy of 0.00004 in. on total range of 2 in. at a resolution of 0.0000005 in.
