Customer-specific power modules with individual circuit topologies, chip combinations, and protection supported by expert engineering service, are designed and integrated in special packaging matched for UPS

Customer-specific power modules with individual circuit topologies, chip combinations, and protection supported by expert engineering service, are designed and integrated in special packaging matched for UPS, solar, motor drives, welding or traction applications with output power up to 150 kW.

The modules are manufactured in an optimized cellular manufacturing process, where parts movement, set-up time, and waiting time between operations are reduced to the minimum. The manufacturing cells allow for more flexibility and reaction time than production lines for high quantities.

The modules meet qualification programs such as thermal-resistance measurement, static and dynamic characterization, and 17 different qualification tests for more than 10,000 hr.
