The stainless-steel SaniMotor encapsulates all electrical components in thermally conductive epoxy resin for use in temperatures up to 40°C (104°F). To guarantee against leakage, the motor is completely enclosed with 304 stainless-steel tubing, sealed with EDPM rubber O-rings, and secured with hex bolts. Electrical termination is completed with a removable IP69K ABS cordset with a modular, multipin power connector.

The three-phase, 230-V, IP69K-rated motor comes in two frame sizes — 34F (88.4 mm) and 49F (127.0 mm). Each frame size is mated to seven standard gearing ratios for output speeds from 345 to 8 rpm with rated torques ranging from 7 to 500 lb-in. (0.8 to 56.5 N-m). The motor is for use with variable-frequency drives in constant torque configuration from 6 to 60 Hz and constant horsepower configuration from 60 to 90 Hz.
