Turcon M12 sealing material is specifically for seals that operate at a wide range of temperatures, pressures, and operating speeds.

Turcon M12 sealing material is specifically for seals that operate at a wide range of temperatures, pressures, and operating speeds. The material’s composition makes it suitable for use with all types of hydraulic fluid. The seals operate in –40 to 200°C, pressures up to 50 MPa, and operating speeds up to 15 m/sec. The material displays a wide range of strengths; for example, low wear in large cylinders, low friction in high-frequency motion, which is typical for hydraulic spring cylinders, and high wear resistance at high operating pressures encountered in machine tools and presses.
