    The Nitra pneumatic product line now includes D-Series NFPA air cylinders. The rugged, double-acting aluminum cylinders include a magnetic piston fitted with a PTFE wear band, for use with solid-state or reed switches for rod-position sensing. A Teflon-impregnated and hardcoat-anodized external rod bearing provides smooth motion while maintaining rod rigidity and stability. Maximum operating pressure is 250 psi, bore sizes range from 1.5 to 4 in., and stroke lengths from 1 to 24 in. Optional flange attachments, nuts, and rod clevises are also available.
