Wireless pressure monitor

The Safe Link wireless monitor tracks pressure and clamp position on palletized fixtures, in real time, even as parts are being machined. The system also verifies that a fixture is properly pressurized before machining, and it interrupts machining if pressure is lost — before expensive damage occurs. A Send unit mounts on the fixture and communicates with a 2.4-GHz radio. It is sealed to IP67 and powered by a replaceable 3.6-Vdc lithium battery. The Receive unit interfaces with the machine control though a standard 24-Vdc output, Modbus RTU RS-485, or Ethernet TCP/IP.
