The 1590TRP and 1590STP die-cast enclosures are designed for audio equipment, guitar stomp boxes, industrial remote controllers, desktop switch arrays, and handheld test equipment controllers

The 1590TRP and 1590STP die-cast enclosures are designed for audio equipment, guitar stomp boxes, industrial remote controllers, desktop switch arrays, and handheld test equipment controllers.

The octagonal 1590TRP is 5.23 in. across the flats and 1.54-in. high, allowing it to house a circular PCB up to 5.0 in. in diameter. The two 1590STP trapezoidal units are 1.54-in. high. The smaller portrait unit is 4.41-in. long, narrowing from 3.11 to 2.42 in., while the larger landscape version is 3.74-in. deep and narrows from 5.95 to 4.79 in.

All three are available in natural finish and in a smooth gloss polyester powder paint, which does not chip after machining. A lap joint seals the units to IP54, protecting against the ingress of dust and water, and only the external finish is painted, maintaining RFI integrity.
