L3 Première silicone foam is dynamic flooring material for railway and mass-transit applications.

L3 Première silicone foam is dynamic flooring material for railway and mass-transit applications. The foam was developed to meet the moststringent global rail specifications for flammability, smoke, and toxicity.

Through the use of isolation pads, the new L3 Première reduces vibration in flooring constructions, offering passengers a smoother, more-comfortable ride, especially in high-speed rail trains.

Under extreme conditions for temperature and load, L3 Première maintains performance by retaining thickness and performance with low-stress relaxation. The long-lasting material is 20% lighter than its predecessor and resists compression set, reducing the need for costly refurbishments over a railway cabin’s lifespan.
