The System 24 automatic lubrication system is an easy-to-use, and costeffective way to deliver a continuous supply of quality lubricant to plant machinery components.

The single-point system has been upgraded to include: No tools required to set up the unit; easily detachable batteries; improved dial readability; redesigned top ring for better grip; and a deactivation mode, useful during maintenance.

The easy-to-install and use devices deliver lubricant and allow a large number of lubrication points to be covered. Eliminating the need for manual lubrication practices results in continuous and optimum lubrication of machine components, even in applications subject to high levels of contamination, or in demanding, hard to reach, remote, and hazardous areas.

The unit’s ergonomic and easy-toread dial allows the dispense rate to be set by hand, without using tools, over a user-selectable time period of 1 to 12 months. Dispensing and lubricant levels can be checked through the transparent container, and the system can be temporarily deactivated when machinery is not running.

Lubricant comes in 125 ml (4.25 fl oz) and 60 ml (2.03 fl. oz) volumes. The batteries can be easily removed after use, allowing the unit to be disposed in an environmentally friendly way.
