Three new styles of stainless-steel air cylinders are now available. One, called the Pancake, is a round cylinder of unibody construction with a smooth outside surface that doesn’t trap washdown solution or allow bacteria growth. The other two, NFPA tie-rod cylinders and “F” Series “throw-away” styles, provide an interchange for applications requiring the upgrade to complete stainless-steel protection. The cylinders are suitable for medical, packing, filling, food-processing, and dairy applications.
