Couplings with clamp-style hubs
To ensure ServoClass couplings are assembled correctly and will grip shafts precisely, a special solid-film lubricant treatment is used on the threads of all the socket-head cap screws. The coupling’s 304 stainless-steel disc members are aligned and locked precisely into position onto high-strength aluminum alloy hubs with ISO 4762 XL 12.9 corrosion-resistant socket-head cap screws.

Available in 12 sizes with both single and double-disc models, the couplings handle torque ratings ranging from 0.5 to 250 Nm, and can accommodate parallel (radial), axial, and angular misalignments.
