Bidirectional Flow Valves

May 22, 2014
The DV Series bidirectional high-flow electronic valves offer flows to 100 liters/min. The precision-built, two-way valves use a patented valving principle and come in a variety of voltage, connector, and mounting options. Options include: • Medium: Air or compatible gases (40-µm filter) • Airflow: Standard: 100 liters/min @ 100 psig; “-L” option: 100 liters/min @ 50 psig

Options include:

• Medium: Air or compatible gases (40-µm filter)

• Airflow: Standard: 100 liters/min @ 100 psig; “-L” option: 100 liters/min @ 50 psig

• Power Consumption: 1.9 W

• Operating range: 90 to 150% of rated voltage

• Temperature range: 32 to 180°F (0 to 82°C)

• Mounting: Manifold or cartridge style (inserts into a ¾-in. bore)

• Electrical connection: Spade terminals or wire leads

• Ports: #10-32 or M5 (on manifold-mount valve)

• Orifice: 0.052 or 0.070 in. (-L)

• Response: 10 to 15 msec

• Voltage: 12 or 24 Vdc

• Wetted material: Ultem, PPS, stainless steel

• Seal material: Nitrile standard; silicone, FKM and EPDM optional.

Additional features include leak-free operation, over 1,000,000,000 cycles, accommodates large flows with more stroke, low heat rise/low power, and stainless-steel “Spider” flat spring.
