Custom molding medical products from polyetheretherketone (PEEK) improves product performance, reduces costs, and provides an alternative to metal and glass components.
Custom molding medical products from polyetheretherketone (PEEK) improves product performance, reduces costs, and provides an alternative to metal and glass components. A high-performance thermoplastic, PEEK provides long operating life with chemical resistance, has excellent retention of mechanical properties in high-heat applications (up to 570°F), and resists thermal degradation as well as attack by both organic and aqueous environments.
