The new C-Wrap side-entry repair sleeve, for aerospace, defense, and marine applications, delivers an environmentresistant repair to damaged primary wire with nicks, chaffed, and radial cracks.

The easy-to-install device consists of the outer tubing and adhesive. The C-Wrap is small in diameter and short in length for easy installation. The repair sleeve’s wraparound design eliminates the need to unpin the connector for repair. Its environment-resistant qualities prevent galvanic corrosion and allow use in a temperature range of -65 to 150°C, all while meeting D-6201 performance requirements.

Made of a meltable adhesive and radiation cross-linked modified fluoroelastomer insulation sleeve, the C-Wrap is color-coded for proper sizing, as well as ease of use.
