The 12-bit, 1-MHz, ADS-1201 Series analog-to-digital converter is available in two versions — a small 28-pin DDIP or 28-pin SMT hermetically sealed ceramic package. These data-acquisition products are guaranteed at –55 to 200°C; have no latency delays, which means they can work in multiplexed analog input applications; unipolar and bipolar input range, 1,000-hr continuous operating life at 200°C; and precision internal reference for tight static specifications. The ADS-1201 Series is fabricated on thick-film ceramic, with low-temperature-drift thin-film resistors on 96% alumina substrate and 250°C rated passive components.Datel, 11 Cabot Blvd., Mansfield, MA 02048, (508) 339-3000, www.datel.com
