The KBAC-24D is a variable-speed control in a NEMA-4X and IP-65 enclosure. It operates 208 to 230-V, three-phase, ac induction motors to 3.6 A rms. The sine-wave-coded PWM output operates at 16 kHz, which provides high motor torque and low noise. Selectable jumpers and trimpot adjustments help tailor the drives to specific uses and eliminate computer-like programming needed on other drives. Features include adjustable rms current limit, adjustable slip compensation, power start, electronic inrush current limit, adjustable linear acceleration and deceleration, ride through for smooth return to set speed during power loss, and regeneration protection. Front-panel features include LEDs that indicate power on and control status, start and stop switches, and a main speed potentiometer.
