The CNC-controlled head angle of the Model 25-UFG universal flute grinder tackles straight, right, or left-hand flutes. The machine cuts straight or spiral grooves in reamers, end mills, drills, and other parts. The flute grinder works in carbide, high-speed steel, ceramic, and Inconel. It features an 18,000-rpm spindle and up to 25 hp. It also has two-axis CNC dressing and a Fanuc fouraxis CNC.
