IFPE 2002, the International Exposition for Power Transmission, heads to the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas Mar. 19 to 23. The event features the top manufacturers and service providers of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical power-transmission components and systems. For the first time, IFPE will colocate with the Conexpo-Con/AGG 2002 exposition for construction-materials industries.

Complementing the show floor is a technical conference with three areas of concentration: hydraulic-fluids symposium, research and design, and applications. Organized by the National Fluid Power Association, the conference will feature presenters from Europe, Asia, and North and South America. Attendees will also get the opportunity to attend sessions jointly developed and scheduled on the IFPE Technical Conference program and the Society of Automotive Engineers' 2002 International Off-Highway Congress, which will coincide with IFPE 2002.
