Sound-deadening material
Multi-Flex A 8030 C2 is a thermoplastic elastomer targeting sound-barrier applications. The 80-Shore-A elastomer is said to offer good sound-deadening properties, mechanical properties, processability, and heat resistance. It also meets heat requirements for car interiors. Multi-Flex sound-barrier products are used for seat-belt retractor covers, engine covers, and dash mats (interior and engine side).
