The NSH Series of couplings from Colder Products Co., St. Paul (www.colder.com), handles low-pressure applications where chemical resistance is paramount and spills are prohibited. The couplings have all-plastic flow paths, so chemical resistance is high and corrosion is eliminated. They also use a pressure-balanced design and thumb latch, so operators can disconnect pressurized fluid lines using just one hand and with no fear of spills. Operating pressures range from vacuum to 120 psig, and temperatures from 32 to 120°F. Mounting options include in-line, pipe thread, and sealing panel mounts.
