Motor-Mount Manifolds

June 5, 2008
Four types of ready-to-mount hydraulic integrated circuits (HICs) that fit seven low-speed, high-torque motors are said to speed production of off-highway mobile machinery.

The HICs provide common functions, including counterbalance, cross-port relief, by-pass solenoid, and dual shock valve with anticavitation. Additionally, counterbalance (overcenter) and cross-port relief HICs are available as single or dual valve with or without a brake shuttle. The HICs are suitable for applications including swing, winch, and slew drives (miniexcavators), vehicle propulsion, auger and conveyor drives, and on/off fan applications.
