Mobile Controls

June 5, 2008
New control systems available in economical and high-end versions have been added to the iFLEX family.

They control, monitor, and measure loads on cranes and construction machinery. The systems support CANopen as a sensor/actuator bus as well as industrial Ethernet as a fast data bus, and readily integrate in mobile applications. Thus, they can network different controllers or intelligent sensors with each other. Applications are written in C language or CoDeSys IEC 61131-3 PLC programming software from 3S Software. Proportional valves without additional amplifiers can link directly via integrated I/Os such as controlled PWM outputs.
