Vacuum Pumps and Compressors
The 5132X Series of midrange vacuum pumps and compressors offer higher flow than existing miniature pumps. Both single and dual-head (5134X) configurations are under development, with a limited number of prototype 5132X samples now available for preliminary evaluation and test.
