The 2011 Metal Stamping Brochure is an eight-page resource detailing the company’s high-quality precision metal-stamping capabilities. Processes include flat blanking and piercings up to 12 × 12 in., metal forming in thicknesses from 0.005 to 0.134 in., and draws up to 3-in. deep and 8 in. in diameter.

Manufacturing procedures, designed to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality, including statistical process control, dock-to-stock, and just-in-time programs. Also included is a complete list of capabilities and equipment, including secondary operations such as deburring, tapping, reaming, counterboring, and spotfacing, as well as stampings selected from more than 2,000 material options.
