The IndraDrive Productivity Agent software uses IndraDrive units as sensors monitoring the status of axis mechanics.

The IndraDrive Productivity Agent software uses IndraDrive units as sensors monitoring the status of axis mechanics. It analyzes information based on drive-integrated motion logic and translates it into actionable information.

The software lets machine operators reduce or eliminate costly failures or shutdowns; maintain equipment as mechanical conditions warrant, not by an arbitrary schedule; save money by eliminating unnecessary maintenance; ensure the dynamics and precision of the axes are maximized, reducing wear and ownership costs; get advance warning of wear-related damage without additional hardware; improve quality, quantity, and performance of end products ; and lower energy consumption by running equipment at optimum performance.

Active vibration damping and a counteracting function lets users address other mechanical issues and improve the machine’s performance.
