Robotic Welding Cell

July 13, 2006
Z-Weld dual fixed-table robotic welding cells work with all models of robots and welding power supplies, and can be preprogrammed to meet specific material and application needs.

An 85 × 105-in. footprint minimizes required floor space. A forklift-compatible base allows portability for flexible manufacturing layouts.

Features include two 30 × 40-in. tables mounted on a common machine base, manual or automatic doors at load-unload stations, full perimeter guarding with maintenance access door, torch reamer, exhaust hood, and side-access doors. Operator panels and controls are ergonomically placed. Cells come with a metal-surround flash and safety barrier, and need just power, air, and welding consumables to start work.
