The water-clear thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) is dishwasher safe and, with its enhanced heat resistance has excellent boil resistance. It also has high bite and tear resistance and comes in hardnesses of 42 and 50 Shore A. It overmolds onto polypropylene substrates, has a low specific gravity, and good melt-flow properties.
