Type 8030 continuous-flow sensor meets typical process-industry requirements.

Type 8030 continuous-flow sensor meets typical process-industry requirements. The unit handles neutral and slightly aggressive solid-free liquids, temperatures to 212°F, and pressures to 230 psi. Accuracy (teach-in) is ±0.5% fs, linearity is ±0.5% fs, and repeatability is 0.4% of measured value. The unit is compatible with pipe diameters of 1/2 to 2 in. The Type 8030 is available in two versions: two-wire frequency sinusoidal and three-wire frequency pulse, and connects to standard remote electronic devices. It can be used in with Type 8012 flow sensors for continuous-flow measurement. The Type 8012 features optic or magnetic-base measurement with programmable 4-to-20-mA analog output, or frequency or switch digital output.
