Stand-Alone Device Monitors Equipment Remotely

Nov. 3, 2005
The WebAlert stand-alone device monitors parameters of installed industrial equipment and sends outofprocess alarms by e-mail, cell-phone text message, or local alarm.

A special ShoulderTap Technology provides for secure monitoring by ensuring the unit is online only as needed. Its data logs are also useful for troubleshooting and reporting. The unit supports simultaneous multiuser access and Ethernet, so equipment can be monitored with a standard Web browser from any computer anywhere in the world. The device also works on LANs.
