New Product: USB starter board

May 8, 2008
The PIC32 USB starter board, with USB 2.0 On-The-Go (OTG) functionality, gives designers the flexibility to incorporate all three modes of USB operation.

The board has the same form factor and expandability as the general-purpose board included in the PIC32 Starter Kit. A suite of free, downloadable tools, software, and documentation complements the board.

The microcontrollers can be used in security systems, power meters, smart and bar-code access readers, instrumentation, patient monitors, dosing pumps, blood analyzers, vehicle dataloggers, radios, tachometers, vehicle tracking, power-line communication boards, media network controllers, GSM back-up controllers, coffee makers, washing machines, fitness equipment, dishwashers, HVAC, and GPS modules, home automation, and MP3-player interfaces/adaptors.
