Software For High-definition Surveying

April 13, 2006
Cyclone 5.4 processes large amounts of laser-scan point-cloud data for high-definition surveying of industrial facilities and civil infrastructures.

A See-through feature lets users see through walls for easier viewing, and an improved Fit-edge feature creates lines for curb edges and building outlines. The Virtual Surveyor module imports industry-standard feature codes, so users don't have to key them in. Users can export geometric and point-coded data into ASCII text files, DXF, Cyclone Object Exchange, or XML to work with downstream software.
