Autotuning Motion-Control Software

An axis wizard produces quick tuning of the position loop, current loop, and field-oriented control parameters.

By specifying the desired controlloop response, the software analyzes the test motion profile and automatically calculates the PID parameters. The result is faster tuning with more accuracy then traditional trial-and-error methods offer. Advanced features include status and event monitoring, a programmable motion shuttle, and a complete motion oscilloscope. Pro-Motion 3.5 supports PCIbus, serial, and multiple CAN interfaces, as well as dualencoder support.
