    Custom tubing with up to 0.5-in. outside diameter comes in virtually any inner/outer-diameter configuration.

    Tubing with an outside diameter of up to 0.125 in. is held to a ±0.001-in. tolerance, while tubing with outside diameters between 0.125 and 0.5 in. is held to a ±0.003-in. tolerance. This provides a smooth fluid transfer with consistent fluid volume and flow rates. Materials include PEEK, FEP, PFA, Ultem, Urethane, PVDF, THV, Udel, and MFA. Tubing can be cut to length, spooled in loose coils, or provided as finished assemblies.
