High-Power Servodrives

May 10, 2007
The Compax3 line of servodrives has expanded with four new high-power models.

High-Power Servodrives

The C3H drives have output currents of 50, 90, 125, and 155-A rms with an input voltage of 350 to 528 Vac for a maximum power output of 75 kW. All drives have the same features and benefits of their lower-power siblings that include autotuning, internal function generation, support for Stegmann single and multiturn absolute encoders, and many industry-standard fieldbus controls and protocols such as DeviceNet. Software modules supplied with the drive let users switch from position control to torque/force control on the fly.
