Each employee team posts a board with green magnets, which represent safe days, weeks, or months. A red or yellow "accident" magnet stands out and provides an incentive to improve. The boards come 2 X 2 ft, which can be read from 10 ft, or 3 X 3 ft, which can be read from 50 ft.
