The ATS115 linear ball-screw stages can travel up to 600 mm at speeds up to 300 mm/sec. Side seals keep dirt and particulates out of the stage, protecting bearing surfaces from contamination and promoting stagebearing life. Vertical orientation of the seals is designed to deflect debris away from the stage. These systems use a NEMA-23 flange mounting to accommodate a variety of motors. The company can provide brush, brushless, and stepper motors preconfigured and mounted directly to the stage for integration with its controls.
