EP30P, a transparent, low viscosity epoxy system, has a service temperature range of −60 to 250°F, resists water, acids, bases, and salts, and can be used to bond, seal, coat, and encapsulate. It bonds with over a 9.5 kpsi tensile strength to a variety of substrates including metals, glass, ceramics, and many plastics. It has a 4 to 1 mix ratio by weight, a mixed viscosity of 1,200 to 1,400 cps, cures at room temperatures, and has a 6 month shelf life (at 75°F) when storeed in its original unopened container. The epoxy is available in pint, quart, gallon and 5 gallon kits.
