Self-Priming Centrifugal Pumps

Dec. 9, 2004
The Super T Series of self-priming centrifugal pumps come in two new sizes.

Self-priming centrifugal pumps

The units are based on the T Series solids-handling trash pumps. The Super T Series doubles impeller and wear-plate life to decrease downtime to keep the pump operating at maximum efficiency. The 8-in. pump has an external shimless wear-plate adjustment to maintain the clearance between the impeller and wear plate. The adjustment is as simple as a turn of the hand, with no need to realign belts, couplings, or other drive components.

The pumps offer quick access to their interiors without disconnecting pipes for easy clog removal and repriming. The solids-handling impeller design handles up to 3-in.-diameter solids, depending on pump model. The Super T Series has 3, 4, and 6-in. discharge sizes and is available in 8 and 10-in. discharge sizes. The line delivers up to 3,300 gpm and heads to 130 ft.
