New Product: CNC contouring control handles swivel and rotary axes

May 8, 2008
The TNC 620 Contouring Control for milling and machining centers handles up to five axes plus spindle.

Based on the NC Kernel software platform, the TNC 620 uses intelligent motion control with dynamic look-ahead and jerk limitation algorithms. The main computer is housed inside the operating panel behind the TFT flat-panel display, eliminating complicated wiring into the electrical box. When used with an EnDat 2.2 encoder, the system is uniformly digital from the main computer to the encoder.
