A four-link parallel drive and carbon-fiber construction provide packaging cycle times up to 240 pick-and-place cycles/min. The controls are housed inside the robot to save factory-floor space and for ease-of-use installation. Quattro features over-the-belt mounting, a 1,300-mm work envelope and 250-mm Z-stroke along with a wash-down option.
