May 10, 2007
Miniature ball rails are available in sizes 7, 9, 12, 15, and 20 and in wide versions of sizes 9, 12, and 15.

The single-piece profiled rails can be up to 2,000-mm long and have stainless-steel cover strips for size 9 and higher. Several rails may be joined together for longer travel distances. All parts are made of corrosion and acid-resistant material, are available in various accuracy classes and preload versions, and have full-contact or low-friction seals. They meet RoHS and WEEE requirements and have been certified for applications in Class 10 clean rooms. The miniature rails have constant speeds up to 3 m/sec and accelerations up to 150 m/sec2.
