Nylon Bristle Brushes Wipe Away Static
High-density nylon brushes target applications in which static-prone material attracts dirt, dust, or powder. The nylon bristles are conductive and remove static that holds contaminant to materials such as substrates and plastics. Users employ the brushes to mechanically sweep dirt off materials. Alternately, holes can be drilled or tapped in the metal channel holding the fibers for permanent mounting to conveyor lines. Standard bristle length is 1/2 in. Sizes include 12, 15, 18, 24, 36, and 48-in. lengths.
