Proportional Control Valves

KFPV050 Series proportional-control valves are for stepless variable control of gases and liquids.

KFPV050 Series proportional-control valves are for stepless variable control of gases and liquids. They feature a direct-acting, two-port plunger with a brass or stainless-steel body. The solenoid can turn 360° and the elbow electrical terminal positioned in 90° increments for maximum wiring versatility. The valves are used with the KFPC1 Controller. It accepts 4-to-20-mA or 0-to-10-V inputs and delivers repeatability and response accuracy of ≤ 2% F.S., and a hysteresis of ≤ 5% F.S. Ramp response time can be adjusted from 0 to 10 sec to compensate for large fluctuations in the input signal. Other features include a zero point switch-off function ensuring all valves completely close, LED indicators, and a temperature-compensation circuit.
