The Astec NTS503 power supply offers a convection-cooled 200 W or forced-air fan-cooled 500 W of digitally controlled power in a 4 X 7 X 1.

The Astec NTS503 power supply offers a convection-cooled 200 W or forced-air fan-cooled 500 W of digitally controlled power in a 4 X 7 X 1.5 in. enclosure for use in 1U-high rack installations. The universal input accepts 85 to 264 Vac at any frequency from 47 to 440 Hz. Output is a tightly regulated 12 Vdc at 16.6 or 41.7 A for distribution to nonisolated point-of-load dc-dc converters. The supply has an always-on 5 Vdc at 2 A for applications that require standby operation and a 12-Vdc output for powering fans. Digital control is via a PMBus-compliant I2C interface. Both version operate from 0 to 70°C.
