    TrackWise Web TeamAccess lets users access a TrackWise database by intranet and Internet.

    TrackWise Web-based software products are thin clients and do not rely on Java applets or ActiveX controls. The software supports Internet Explorer 5.0, Netscape 4.61, and later releases. Business rules, workflow, and notifications of various projects (work areas) are identical to corresponding Windows versions. The software lets users update the status of issues and tickets so managers can assign work or check progress from their office or out of town.
