Right-Angle Gearhead

Sept. 16, 2004
HG+ right-angle gearheads provide an efficiency above 96% with guaranteed backlash of less than 4 arc-min, ratios of i = 3–10, and an acceleration torque of 20 to 640 Nm.

HG+ right-angle gearheads provide an efficiency above 96% with guaranteed backlash of less than 4 arc-min, ratios of i = 310, and an acceleration torque of 20 to 640 Nm. The single-stage hypoid gearhead also features low-inertia, high-speed operation, low noise, low heat, and compares favorably with servo worm gears and with larger two and three-stage gearheads with bevel stages. It mounts to servomotors in 5 min through a universal mounting system.
