New Product: Linear Position Sensor

Feb. 21, 2008
The Positek X111 intrinsically safe linear variable-inductive transducer position sensor is designed for the 50 to 80-mm measurement range.

When used with Positek BX Series galvanic barriers, the device provides a 0.5 to 9.5 Vdc or 4-to-20-mA analog output signal that represents absolute position. The sensors have rugged stainless- steel bodies sealing between IP65 and IP68, depending on cable or connector options.
