Pneumatic Swing Clamp

April 26, 2007
The pneumatic swing clamp's arm rotates 90° as it extends up away from the workpiece providing clearance and access for loading and unloading.

Pneumatic Swing Clamp

The clamp's double-acting operation and magnetic piston, combined with magnetic sensors, allow for positive cycles and workpiece-detection features. The clamp's rugged arm has an adjusting bolt and four wrench flats on the piston rod for easy arm positioning. Clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation is available. The extruded-aluminum units have eight linear keyhole slots for external mounting or round profile sensors and come in eight bores from 12 to 63 mm and 10 to 50-mm strokes.
